Kue Cokelat Kering

Bahan : 200 gr margarin 100 gr room butter 200 gr gula tepung 2 butir kuning telur 1 bungkus vanili bubuk 300 gram tepung terigu atau secukupnya 50 gr cocochips untuk hiasan 20 gr coklat bubuk Cara Membuatnya : Siapkan mangkuk adonan. Masukkan margarin, room butter, gula tepung, kuning telur dan kocok hingga menyatu. Kemudian tambahkan vanili. Aduk rata dan kocok kembali hingga tercampur (jangan diaduk terlalu lama). Masukkan tepung terigu dan coklat bubuk  sedikit demi sedikit hingga adonan kalis (tidak lengket di tangan) dan bisa dibentuk. Kemudian cetak menggunakan cetakan kue semprit. Isi tengahnya dengan Coocochips, sedikit ditekan ke dalam. Panggang di atas api sedang hingga warnanya kekuningan, jangan sampai cokelat bagian bawahnya.
